There are currently 4 other tenabts at the home. You will have acess to your own room but the bathroom and kitchen are shared. Contributions to utilities are shared amongst occupants of the premises. It is preferred that you have a consistent work history of 1 year or more. Proof of such will be required along with a reference. Studemts are welcomed as well.
