 NB: Check if couples are CURRENTLY being acommodated. Couples on vacation or renting for 6 months (maximum), add $5000 to monthly rent or to TOTAL for each booking period.

• ACCOMMODATION: Furnished bedroom inside 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-kitchen house located on five-unit housing complex. Bedroom is furnished with:

*Bedding throw pillows                                      *Built-in closet, with extra shoe/storage shelf 

*Pair of night stands                                         * Television 

*Pair of rechargeable, touch sensor table lamps  * Coffee table

Other sections of the house include secluded verandah, private garage, indoor laundry, patio, living room, dining room.

•ACCESS: Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces. Common areas shared with me, the female landlord, include the kitchen and bathroom.  

• AVAILABILITY: Move-in-ready accommodation all year round

• PARKING: Private garage or on-property area provided

 •** SAFETY: Canine security (dogs on property); locked and gated complex; quiet neighbourhood 

 • *UTILITIES: All charges for light, water, cable TV, Internet, cooking gas and maintenance are covered in the monthly rent.

 •TENANT: Best-suited for one (1) employed adult who is ready to move and whose work schedule should not be 12 noon-8 pm.

•VIEWING TIMES (unless told otherwise)  Up to 11 each morning Mondays - Saturdays

 • DOCUMENTS REQUIRED ON VIEWING DAY: Tenants are required to disclose their source(s) of funding for the rent and bills so please be prepared to show/provide ANY ONE of the following: business name and contact information OR business social media page(s) OR work ID OR job letter OR last 3 payslips/paycheque stubs PLUS official picture ID (passport OR driver's licence OR voter ID). Tenant will also be asked to complete a 1-page application form if an offer to rent is extended and accepted.

 •COST: $67000 monthly, inclusive of all monthly utilities. (See "Utilities" section above). Security deposit is also $67000. NB: If security deposit is not affordable, please ask about other option provided.
