• ACCOMMODATION: Furnished bedroom inside 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 1-kitchen house located on five-unit housing complex. Bedroom is furnished with double bed and pillows, pair of night stands, corner window seat, built-in closet, television, coffee table, standing fan, 5-drawer vanity. Other sections of house include attached garage, indoor laundry, patio, living room, dining room.
•ACCESS: Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces. Common areas shared with me, the female landlord, include kitchen and bathroom.
• AVAILABILITY: Move-in-ready accommodation all year round
• PARKING: Private garage or on-property area provided
•** SAFETY: Canine security (dogs on property); locked and gated complex; quiet neighbourhood
• *UTILITIES: Half of all charges for light, water, cable TV, Internet, cooking gas and maintenance are covered by the landlord each month; the tenant therefore pays the remaining half monthly.
•TENANT: Suitable for one (1) employed adult. Work schedule should not be 12 noon-8 pm.
