This well-kept home is shared space for 3 students and can house four students comfortably. The cost per student is $25,000, which includes water, gas, internet, TV, and an air conditioning unit in the bedroom.  

 Please note electricity is not included in the rent and will be the responsibility of all students. The bill will be divided equally among the tenants, each of which must pay their part. The apartment is fully furnished and functional.
