Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Take and serve orders with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items and specials.
Additional Responsibilities:
In addition to the primary duties outlined above, the successful candidate will also be responsible for the following:
Bar Opening and Closing:
- Assist in the preparation for bar opening, including stock counting and ensuring sufficient inventory levels.
- Contribute to the efficient closing procedures, ensuring all items are properly stored and accounted for.
Bar Area Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the bar staff to maintain cleanliness and organization in all bar areas.
- Assist in restocking supplies and ensuring a well-organized and visually appealing bar setup.
Guest Follow-Up and Engagement:
- Conduct follow-up with guests to ensure their satisfaction with the dining experience.
- Proactively engage with customers, addressing any concerns or feedback to enhance their overall visit.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waitress or in a similar customer service role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to assist with various tasks beyond standard job responsibilities.
- Willingness to take initiative and contribute to the overall efficiency of the establishment.
- Possession of a valid Food Handlers Permit.
- Training related to food service is a plus.
- Valid identification , TRN and passport-sized photos for employment records.
