DESCRIPTION

The selected candidate will be responsible for the sale of lottery products and the provision of exceptional customer experiences.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Retail Office)

KEY FUNCTIONS:

Delivery of excellent customer service

Willingness to engage clients and upsell the Company's products

Processing of cash and credit/debit transactions

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

2 – 3 years experience within a customer service environment

Good oral and written communication skills

Strong sales skills

Abilty to effectively multi-task

Working knowledge of Microsof Office Suite

Experience with standard Point Of Sale (POS) system

Minimum of five (5) CXC subjects including Mathematics and English

At least two (2) years experience with handling cash

Knowledge of sports and experience in bartending would be an asset
