We are looking for a smart, growth-oriented, well-spoken individual for a sales & customer support profile for a Mortgage and Real Estate Company.

Job Responsibilities:

You shall do cold-calling on the leads provided

Converting the leads into admissions through tele-calling

Giving prompt and appropriate customer support to all the participants

Doing feedback calls & generating leads for our services as well as updating & maintaining database

Generating repeat business by promoting new offers to customers

Experience/Requirements:

Proven experience of telesales or sales min 1 year

Experience in course selling would be added advantage

Good customer support & service skills

Computer literacy
