About HPUSA and the Program

Hospitality Placements USA “HPUSA” was created in 2004 and has locations in both Australia and the United States. For more than 15 years, HPUSA has provided J-1 luxury hospitality work and study programs in both the United States and Canada. We provide cultural exchange experiences, world-class hospitality training, and education consultation to students, graduates, and young professionals from around the world. 

Our focus is on Interns and trainees on the 6- and 12-month J-1 program in the USA, however, we also place OPT Students on F1 visas, SW&T from Australia and Study Abroad in Canada and the USA. 

We are very interested in a diversity of applicants from all over the world for PAID training opportunities in Front Office, Food and Beverage, Culinary and Business programs.  

Positions Include:

• Front Office/ Rooms Division - Front Desk, Concierge, Reservations, At Your Service, PBX, Night Audit (US $12.00 to $17.00 per hour)
• Food & Beverage - Server, Host, Banquets and Events (US $12 per hour average - includes gratuity)
• Culinary - All levels available (US $12.00 to $17.00 per hour)
