Do you have a passion for keeping things cool?

We're looking for a skilled and experienced technician to join our growing team! In this full-time role, you'll diagnose, repair, and maintain residential mini-split systems, light commercial units, and commercial air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair malfunctions in HVAC systems

• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance

• Install new equipment (a plus!)

• Maintain accurate service records

• Communicate effectively with customers

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years experience working on mini-split, light commercial, and commercial air conditioning systems

• Level 3 HVAC certification (or equivalent)

• Valid driver's license

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Owning and operating a reliable vehicle is a plus
