Job Summary:

 

Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, providing exceptional customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Reception Duties Greet visitors, answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel.

2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and documents.

3. Record Keeping*: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.

4. Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.

5. Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and the public.

 

Requirements:

 

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Experience: 1-2 years of administrative experience.

3. Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
