Should you reside off-island or out of parish and have a villa, vacation or rental property in Montego Bay or along the north coast and need someone to oversee it, I'll do just that. 

I'll be on hand, oversee on-property projects, pay property taxes/insurance/utilities and manage tenants.  I'll ensure general upkeep to include servicing of air conditioning, solar and security systems, landscaping, occasional housekeeping, et cetera.
