Qualifications:

• Certification in Food & Beverage up to HEART Level 3/ or have equivalent Certification from another recognized institution

• A minimum of one (1) year\'s working experience as a Waiter/Waitress, either in a Restaurant setting or at functions

• A Valid Food Handlers Permit

• The ability to be scheduled on any shift

• Consistently display excellent customer service

• Pleasant, well-groomed

• Prior experience in the Tourism Industry will be a distinct advantage
