We are looking for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join our regional company as a FIELD LOAN OFFICER in Montego Bay.

By deploying capital in a responsible manner, we enable the economic investment and social mobility of our clients in the communities we serve.

You will be responsible to conduct site visits, interview clients and process loan applications:

• Explain the Company’s products, offering, and processes to clients.
• Interview clients, analyze and process applications
• Follow up with delinquent clients
• Participate in sales development activities
• Conduct verification and approvals of loan applications
• Conduct field visits to clients and prospective, surveys, and complete proposal document.
• To promote Company’s services on radio, television and newspaper and on weekends through road shows
• Conduct sales and collections calls
• Must be able to work in a dynamic and demanding environment. 
• Excellent analytical skills. 
• Customer Service experience required. 
• Minimum five (5) CXCs (including Math and English).
