The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

  • Receive and manage telephone calls, emails and other enquiries
  • Assist with the preparation of quotations and invoices
  • Follow up to ensure invoices are paid on a timely basis
  • Maintain inventory of office and other supplies
  • Maintenance of the client/customer database
  • Willingness to work beyond specified working hours
  • Possess at minimum a Diploma in Business Administration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Able to relate and communicate with persons at all levels
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
