A successful retail organization invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the vacancy of Accounts Payable Officer. The selected individual will be required, but not limited to:
Monitor customers' accounts. Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Ensuring that suppliers are paid in accordance with agreements
Assist the Finance Manager with organizing and planning departmental activities
Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills
Must display business acumen, analytical skills and be well organized
Associate degree in Accounting or Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)
A minimum of three (3) years experience in an Accounts Payable role
Working knowledge of Peachtree accounting software
