  • Verify tutor’s timesheet and confirm working hours

 

 

 

 

 

  • Maintain contact lists

 

 

 

 

 

  • Provide biweekly courtesy calls to tutors and clients

 

 

 

 

 

  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, and forms

 

 

 

 

 

  • Prepare and monitor invoices

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

Laptop

Proven admin or assistant experience

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
