· Suggested On-site Time: September 3, 2026 at 9:00 AM local time (we are flexible – if this time does not suit you, please propose an alternative)

· Laptop
· USB flash drive
· Multimeter

· Fault Description: Communication fault in the battery pack of the energy storage cabinet.
· Number of maintenance personnel required: 1 person

Additional Information:

· Remote guidance: Our Chinese engineer will provide real‑time remote instructions during the on‑site operation. We can communicate in Chinese if needed, and we also use WeChat for instant messaging. We kindly ask whether you have access to WeChat or other instant messaging tools (e.g., WhatsApp) to facilitate smooth coordination.
· Schedule flexibility: While we suggest 9:00 AM on September 3, we are open to adjusting the time if you have any conflicts. Please let us know your availability.

Compensation: We are willing to pay USD $40.00 per hour for this assignment. Please confirm whether you are able to undertake this project, and provide your estimated total cost (based on expected working hours) or your full quotation, including any transportation or tax fees.
