Room comes with AC and ceiling fan. You share kitchen and washroom. The house is large the bedroom can hold two queen size bed (possibly two kings just not as comfortable. Your own bathroom only accessible by you and in your room. You go downstairs and to the rear of the house is the kitchen and the washroom. There are two exits but only one entrance(meaning one can only be opened from the inside) there is a verandah and carport as well. The house is equipped with 2 400 gallon tanks for when there is low pressure or nwc scheduled disconnections. The back of the bathroom has racks that was formally used as a closet.
