Looking For A Home — Retired Couple, Longterm

Greetings! My husband and I are a couple in our 60s/70s looking for a small, cozy place to call home for the years ahead. We're simple, quiet people living on a modest fixed income, and we'd love to find a landlord willing to work with us on a long-term rental around $400 USD/month.
Our dream is a small studio or one-bedroom with a bit of yard space — enough room for a little chicken coop. We'd love to keep a few hens, sell some eggs to neighbors, and live a gentle, self-sufficient life. We take good care of where we stay and would treat your property, and your community, with respect.
If you have a place with some yard space near Kingston and are open to long-term tenants, we'd love to hear from you. Thank you for considering us — blessings to you and your family. 🐔🏡
