Quiet area (not across from a school, corner shop with loud music, or in a high traffic area)

Easy access (reasonably good road at least 15 mins from the nearest hospital)

Preferences(not mandatory):

White/ Light colors for interior wall paint

The kitchen is not too small but not too big.
