UWI Mona student looking for a 1-bedroom apartment, studio, or self-contained unit for the upcoming academic year.

Preferred area: Mona, Mona Heights, Papine, Liguanea, Barbican, or surrounding areas within reasonable distance of UWI Mona.

Budget: Up to J$75,000/month, preferably including utilities. I am willing to consider slightly higher options depending on what is included.

• Close to UWI Mona or easily accessible by public transportation
