The brand name of the piano is Gerhard Heinzeman and the guitar is an Edgmond Freres.  Since they are both used instruments I am willing to make deals with the prices, the piano is now down priced at $80,000, the guitar is now down priced at $6000.  I also have the photos of them to share with anyone who is interested.
