Our professional team consist of a network of trained Virtual Customer Service Upgrade and Sales Support Specialist who support technology and Cloud Communications products and services in the continental United States. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, Jamaica based, Virtual Service Upgrade and Sales Support Specialists who have a strong desire to succeed in the business to business virtual telephone sales, customer services and sales support space.

The Virtual Customer Services Upgrade and Sales Support Specialist will upgrade and service small to medium size businesses for the leading fortune 10 Technology firms within the continental United States. This position is responsible for achieving predetermined customer services upgrade and sales support goals, upgrading customers, scheduling appointments and generating qualified leads through digital marketing strategies for lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Complete our 2 week training program, become trained and skilled to effectively and efficiently perform the role and responsibilities of a Virtual Customer Services Upgrade and Sales Support Specialist

    • If hired after training is completed as a Virtual Customer Services Upgrade and Sales Support specialist, candidate will be assigned virtual teammates. The team will provide the specific goals and expectations.

    • Pursue new customer services upgrade and sales support goals, upgrading customers, scheduling appointments and generating  through initial outreach efforts including: phone calls, emails, and social media interactions

    • Build prospect lists consisting of existing leads and contacts within the Osiris James Group CRM Database

    • Set up qualified meetings for the Business Development Team

    • Accurately report the status of all active business opportunities and facilitate clear communications of key performance metrics including, but not limited to, calls made, appointments secured, opportunities generated, messaging that led to desired action, etc.

    • Develop an expert knowledge of Siteworx’ value proposition, leadership, full line of service offerings, and an understanding of interactive marketing strategies and tactics, partner offerings and case studies

    • Utilizes CRM database and various online resources to create and execute lead generation and nurture campaigns to engage and nurture leads and prospects

    • Ability to work 25 - 40 hours per week and make 75 + Services Upgrade calls per day during peak business hours. * Most calls are to existing clients, and not considered “cold calls”.

    • -Follow a proven script to meet monthly appointment quotas

    • -Conduct daily database lead management including capturing, entering, updating, tracking, reporting, and setting leads

      Required Qualifications:

      Qualified candidate must have a strong desire to work from virtually via a smart phone, laptop or IP and control their own time. To be successful in this role you must be a team player, a quick learner, organized, have excellent phone skills, and a positive attitude.

        • No travel required. All Virtual via the Cloud/ Internet:

        • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills demonstrating poise and professionalism via communication channels such as phone, email, in—person, social media

        • Ability to prioritize

        • Customer Services and  B2B sales experience in any industry a plus

        • College Students and Recent college grades are welcome

        • Excellent verbal communication skills

        • Excellent self/time management Skills

        • Ability and willingness to learn and follow a proven script

        • Motivated, optimistic and a steadfast selfstarter

        • Excited by new innovations in business technology
