• Minimum technical specifications of equipment are: ○ I5 CPU ○ 4 GB RAM ○ 100 GB Hard Drive Space ○ Windows 10 ○ USB Port 
• Minimum Internet Speed Requirements are: ○ 25 Mbps Download (10 Mbps acceptable if max number of simultaneous device connection 1 or 2) ○ 10 Mbps Upload (5 Mbps acceptable if max number of simultaneous device connect to 1 or 2) ○ Speed test screenshot (verbal confirmation is not acceptable) 
• Minimum Internet Connectivity Requirements are: Speed Requirements are: ○ Wired Connection (WIFI connectivity is not acceptable)

• Previous experience in telephone customer service is highly desirable 
• Previous customer service experience in retail may be considered 
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience with ability to deliver customer service assistance 
• Basic math and writing skills, as well as knowledge of word processing systems, are expected. Qualifications
