The Ideal Candidates Must Have the Following Attributes:

• 3 to5+ years cold calling/appointment setting experience

• Previous experience in sales

• Ability to meet or exceed targets or quotas

• Able to work under pressure in high-stress situations

• Proven track record of Top Performance in Sales and Appointment Setting

• Must be a Critical Thinker with Great Problem Solving skills

• Must be able to overcome objections and easily get past gatekeepers

• Must be personable and well mannered

• Have a clear, audible voice with a well-neutralized accent and be understandable to a UK client.

• Must have a Desktop/laptop computer on a hardwired high-speed internet connection

• Must also own a Noise Cancelling USB Headset

• Must have a Quiet Designated Working Environment

• Be able to work with Minimal Supervision and have excellent time management skills

• Must be punctual and be able to adhere to UK work hours

• Must be able to earn based on performance
