Job Description
Monitor vessel movement/ vessel operation (TC & VC) and solve operational issues.
Check the estimated port costs and appointment of agents
Liaise with relevant parties
Freight invoice preparation/laytime calculation
Freight/Hire collection
LOI & B/L preparation / confirmation
Assist with agency work while necessary
Other duties assigned by the company as deemed fit (e.g. administration, etc.)
Requirements:
Candidates are preferred to possess a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Maritime/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office.
Full-Time position.
Non-experienced/entry-level candidates may be considered.
Ability to communicate fluently in English a must.
