Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the posts of:

Registry Assistant - Level 2

Job Purpose

  • To collect and distribute mail and office documents, retrieve, dispatch and re-shelve files to facilitate the efficient operation of the Agency.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Five (5) GCE O/Level/CXC subjects at the General Proficiency level. including English Language and Mathematics and information Technology.
  • Two (2) years' related work experience.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Records Management including indexing and filing.
  • Good technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Management Accountant - Level 4

 

Job Purpose

 

  • To support the Finance and Planning Executive in all accounts related tasks and conduct quality control accounting activities in support of Agency objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 2.
  • Three (3) years' related work experience in an accounting environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial accounting policies and procedures.
  • Sound knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of budgeting and planning.
  • Expert knowledge of the Financial Administration and Audit Act
  • Strong technology skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel knowledge and ERP system experience.
