ABOUT THE JOB

The Recruiter plays a critical role in helping 24-7 Intouch find the best candidates for our clients. This position also helps with the on-boarding process, and makes sure orientation sessions run smoothly. We want the best experience for new hires as they are welcomed to 24-7 Intouch, and the Recruiter plays an instrumental role in making that happen.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

  • You’re an enthusiastic ambassador of the 24-7 Intouch culture

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and love interacting with a diverse group of people

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Extremely organized and can multiple tasks

  • Able to handle a high volume of work and maintain confidentiality at all times

  • Strong computer skills and can perform intermediate mathematical functions

  • Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, weekends and holidays

  • Highly motivated & target driven 

  • The ability to make decisions independently

  • Must have 2+ years of recruiting experience

  • A college degree or certificate (or equivalent combination of education and work experience) is preferred but not necessary
