  • During sales calls, you have to stick to the scripts that we will provide you that describe the products or services you are trying to sell. Agents may use the scripts to make a predefined presentation or to ask a series of qualifying questions that enable them to find out more about the prospect’s level of interest in the product.

  • You have to handle incoming calls from prospects who respond to the offer by phone and make calls to prospects who have supplied details by email.

  • If a prospect agrees to make a purchase during the call, sales agents take details of the order and enter it into a computer system. They also confirm the prospect’s contact details and ask about arrangements for delivery. For certain purchases, agents take and authorize credit or debit card payments over the phone.

  • When calls do not lead to an immediate sale, sales agents must need to arrange a follow-up action. They may offer to send the prospect further information by mail or email and, if possible, arrange a follow-up call on an agreed date.
