Job Scope

Assist with overall effective delivery of products and services offered and assists in all communication activities to improve customer knowledge of the available products and services.

Core Functions:

The functions of the position include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the collection of loan applications and ensure that they are properly completed
  • Assist with interviewing members making withdrawals and encouraging them to utilize other services as a viable option
  • Ensure nomination cards are completed correctly, posted, signed by authorized persons and dispatched to the Registry
  • Provide information on and promotes company goods, services and activities
  • Assist with maintaining list of new members and new agreements
  • Prepare reports as required
  • Maintain confidentiality of information received
  • Observes and maintains strict adherence to established health and safety policies and practices
  • Assist with giving members information on products and services offered

Qualifications and Experience

  • Five (5) subjects (CXC, GCE, CSEC) including Mathematics, Accounts and English Language
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in a similar position
  • Exceptional customer service and telephone skills
  • Excellent customer relations skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office productivity tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be a flexible team player
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Sound knowledge of loan administration and policies
  • Ability to work under pressure and pay attention to detail
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality
