JOB OPPORTUNITY–   FOOD & BEVERAGE COMPANY

 A successful, fast-moving company in the Food & Beverage industry is recruiting for the following positions: 

1. Administrative Accounting Clerk:  Main Responsibilities

• Prepare customer invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage receivables
• Reconcile bank statements and daily collections
• Assist with purchasing and managing inventory
• Maintain an updated filing system
• Enter financial data into accounting system
• Assist with dispensing and reconciling petty cash

.Requirements

• Diploma or Associate Degree in Accounting or Business Studies from a recognized tertiary institution
• At least 2 years’ experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good oral and written communication skills

2. Restaurant Supervisor: Main Responsibilities:

• Assist with assignment, training, and management of food service employees
• Prepare and monitor employees work schedules to ensure that all shifts are adequately covered
• Monitor operations to ensure quality standards in service delivery and food preparation
• Frequently inspect the work environment and maintain high safety and hygiene standards, in compliance with the Ministry of Health regulations
• Assist with purchasing, monitoring of inventory and dispensing of supplies
• Monitor cashiers and assist with start and end-of-day cash handling procedures

Requirements: 

• Associate Degree or Diploma in Business studies;
• Training in Food and Beverage management desirable
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in the Food and Beverage Industry
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Valid Food Handler’s Permit
