Description:

The School of Hospitality and Tourism Management offers University Council of Jamaica (UCJ) accredited Bachelor of Science Degree courses of study in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Food Service Management. Practical training support for the Food Service Management courses of study is provided by Lillian's Restaurant. 

Qualifications:

• 5 CXC/CSEC subjects, including English Language and Mathematics 

• Level 3 Cook — HEART/NTA Certification or equivalent qualification 

• Current Food Handler's Permit 

• Good oral and written communication skills 

• A minimum of five (5) year's experience in a similar position 

• Good knowledge of food styling 

• Sound knowledge of Food Safety & Public Health Standards
