Job Title: Graphic Designer 

Location: Jamaica  

Expected Starting Period: Third Quarter 2017

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creative output; the ideation, presentation and execution of all Advertisers branding and marketing campaigns assigned.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with managers and team members to provide professional recommendations for concept, design, art
  • Direction, production and monitors quality control
  • Create and develop media using digital art and photographic techniques
  • Monitor and track production projects to ensure proper and timely completion
  • Attention to detail and a curiosity that can influence their design and inspire others
  • Operates in an efficient, professional manner as reflective of experienced designer on the creative team.
  • Ensuring that the high quality of creative and production is upheld, maintaining consistently high standards for
  • Him/herself and working with others on the team to ensure that all members of the team adhere to same.
  • Listening, asking, hearing, prioritizing and translating client situation, marketing goals and information into
  • Strategic concepts, voice, messages and rationales.
  • Collaborating and contributing to the creative process
  • Presenting cohesive and persuasive rationales for campaign approaches that has been assigned.
  • Understand our clients' strategic goals and brand; assist in analyzing the creative environment, processes,
  • Technologies, etc., imputing suggestions were improvement is needed.
  • Act and personally set expectations and standards for creative behavior and teamwork.
  • Must have the ability to work within team environment to create the best possible mobile and online assets

QUALIFICATIONS, Including but not limited to the following:

  • The role require flexibility of character to manage multi facet projects within a constantly changing environment.
  • Strong presentation skills and effective client relations skills.
  • Recognized Qualification in a creative discipline.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
  • Dedication and focus on building Trends business through delivery of positive ROI.
  • At least 3 years working in a creative environment.
  • Knowledge of mobile rich media ad builder’s platform.
