Individuals needed to fill FULL-TIME ENTRY LEVEL POSITION for Loan Officer at a loan company in Kingston & Montego Bay, Jamaica

Core Responsibilities 

• Collecting documents from borrowers to complete loan application

• Manage/respond to calls/emails

• Build and maintain relationships, generate prospects and convert to sales.  

• Assess and analyse loan applications and evaluate credit worthiness of applicants.

• Other job duties as assigned or requested by Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administrations/ Marketing prefered but not required

• A minimum of two (2) yrs experience in Sales/ Admin 

• A minimum of five (5) CXCs including English (IT is a plus)

• High proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and other related software

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail

• Must be target oriented with a drive to succeed in the microfinance industry 

• Loan officer experience is an asset
