DRIVER AND ASSISTANT NEEDED

Candidate must provide the following: 

OPEN DRIVER'S LICENSE

A REFERENCE FROM A JUSTICE OF THE PEACE

2 PASSPORT SIZE PICTURE

POLICE RECORD (ATLEAST 6 MONTHS OLD)

PROOF OF ADDRESS 

Contractor is seeking Truck drivers and Delivery Assistants 

-Load, Transport and Deliver Products to customers islandwide in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

-Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure orders are completed

-Assist with loading and unloading vehicles 

-Adhere to assigned routes and schedules. 

-Preparation of reports, logs and other required documentation relating to deliveries if needed.

-Provide excellent customer service when making deliveries.

- Ensure that the truck is clean before returning to base.  

- Report all issues immediately. 

TRUCK DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: 

-Must be 25 years of age or older.

-Must have a VALID open driver's license or 8000 kg and more. 

-At least 2 years experience as a delivery driver (is an asset) 

-Able to assist with sorting the correct items to be unloaded.

-Clean driving record over the past 2 years

-Excellent customer service skills

-Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws. 

-Able to work flexible hours

DELIVERY ASSISTANTS' REQUIREMENTS: 

-Able to work flexible hours 

-Able to lift heavy objects

-Willingness to adhere to safety protocols established by the company

-Able to work well with others 

-Excellent verbal communication skills.
