The Customer Service Executive (Part Time) is responsible for providing a warm welcome to VIP clients and ensuring that their transition through the airport is seamless and hassle free. He/ she is also responsible for assisting passengers with queries.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Welcome all VIP clients and stakeholders with a warm and inviting personality
- Ensure VIP client has completed the necessary forms required to ensure seamless transition through Immigration and Customs
- Provide general information about general travel policies and airport regulations
- Ensure checklists are completed for each meet
- Ensure information from the checklists completed and comment cards received from VIP clients is accurately inputted in the software programme
