Prepare project plans, timelines, and budgets.

2. Site Supervision:

Oversee daily site operations.

Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.

Monitor work quality and address issues promptly.

3. Technical Design and Implementation:

Develop or review architectural and structural drawings.

Provide technical expertise for construction methods and materials.

Solve on-site engineering challenges.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.

2+ years of experience in small to medium-sized construction projects.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).

Strong knowledge of Jamaican building codes and regulations.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
