BRANCH MANAGER RAPID TRUE VALUE (PORTMORE)

Purpose of the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Rapid True Value, the selected candidate will execute business initiatives for his/her assigned Rapid True Value store, and will be responsible for the achievement of commercial performance resulting in store growth and increased profits. This must be delivered by thorough management of the daily operations of the store in conformance to the business policies and ensuring that exceptional customer experience and high standard of staff relations are delivered and sustained.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. In Management Studies, Business Admin., or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years at a managerial/supervisory level; or
• Diploma in Management Studies with a minimum of 5 years

Principal Responsibilities:

• Devise comprehensive plans to sustain and increase sales
• Lead and motivate store staff and contractors, taking into account the company
