As Administrative Assistant the incumbent is responsible for providing administrative support to the General Manager. This position is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office by providing effective administrative support. In addition, the position acts as the principal contact/liaison/resource person with executives/representatives of the relevant internal and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Education, Knowledge and Skills: • A Diploma in Business Administration or Certified Professional Secretary Designation • A minimum of three (3) years relevant experience. • Knowledge of the relevant Microsoft Office Suites • Well-organized individual able to meet set deadlines. • Ability to appropriately liaise and communicate with internal and external functionaries. Ability to communicate clearly and accurately in both oral and written format.
