Title: Field Supervisor

Full Time/ Part Time: Full Time

Description:

The Field Supervisor will maintain the working environment by managing resources and delivery of works. He/she will also maintain the tools/materials by organizing, inspecting and recording the mobility of same. The Field Supervisor will be required to transport resources.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the works are completed to standard

• Ordering and scheduling the delivery of all materials and equipment needed for the project

• Acting as the main point of communication between the main field and the office

• Providing leadership to on-site staff

• Transporting hard copy drawings to customers

• Inputting information into designated database and other record keeping systems

• Performing tasks that assist daily engineering and project management functions

• Recording resource usage, transmittal, state, quantities, prices etc.

• Transporting materials and on-site staff

Skills and Specifications:

• Exceptional verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, and Excel.

• Solid problem-solving skills.

• Able to manage multitask in a strong-paced environment.

• Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects.

• Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.

• Willingness to work additional hours in order to meet tight deadlines.

• Technically acquainted

• Able to work hands-on in the execution of field works and in industrial environment

• Able to Drive

• Able to interpret ACAD drawings is an advantage

Education and Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent; Must include: Maths, English, Information Technology

• Certified skill/s training from an established institution

• Valid General Driver’s License
