TASC Property Appraisals Co. Ltd invites suitably qualified persons to apply for the positions of RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.

POSITION PURPOSE: The purpose of the Administrative Assistant position is to provide secretarial, clerical and administrative support to function as the 'face' and 'voice' of TASC, as well as to ensure that daily business operations are executed in an efficient, effective manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Receiving and processing all front desk phone calls; immediately handle emergency maintenance calls, dispersing/locating proper staff member
  • Greet clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Sort, distribute and post packages
  • Organize staff meetings, maintain client meeting and valuations schedule(s)
  • Maintain inventory of office water, office supplies, cleaning supplies, etc
  • Assist the accounting department with general clerical and filing work as needed.
  • Assist Managing Director and other staff members as requested.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:

  • At least one (1) year of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist
  • A basic understanding of the real estate industry and marketing
  • Must be organized and detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent research skills
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrates patience and willingness in daily activities
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Possesses intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Desires to respect others and resolve any conflict with humility
  • Shows ability to take self-initiative to solve problems
  • Shows ability to quickly understand new information and situations
