The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering a professional and friendly customer service experience. Ensures customers are satisfied and remain loyal by building a good relationship with our customers and exceeding expectations. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum five (5) CXC passes, pursuing a degree in the related field is preferred

  • Two (2) years experience in customer service

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Knowledge of point-of-sale system and Microsoft Office Suite
