Required qualifications and experience:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in Business Administration
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in the capacity of a Customer Service Representative
  • Computer literate in the areas of Word and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Ability to organize and manage customer flow
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Be of a pleasant disposition
  • Ability to work on own initiative
